Food is good

Good Morning Sunshine!

Do you think maintaining your health and weight is all about calories in versus calories out – regardless of quality? In my opinion, it’s more about quality in versus quality out. You can eat a whole lot of  calorie free “food” and still be unhealthy and overweight. Check the ingredients of what you’re about to eat – if it looks like a chemical, it probably is! Eating too much chemical laden “food” can disrupt your entire endocrine system – leading to a whole mess of problems (including weight gain!). Remember – don’t beat yourself up – just take baby steps for improvements in health! Let me know if you have any questions! I would be happy to assist!
